Know-how

We deliver exactly what you need

We don't work from behind a desk. Experience has taught us that without truly knowing the client we can't deliver a fitting solution and grow it together. That's why we do things our way. It pays off in new projects from new and existing clients and the long-term relationships we build with them. See what working with us looks like.

01

We get to know you and your needs

Through repeated meetings we get familiar with how your company runs and the people who make it tick. The usual vendor–client relationship isn't enough for us. It matters that we form a single delivery team with you that builds the project strategy together and consults on the scope and next steps.

02

We deploy a prototype of the solution

Once it's clear what we should deliver, the scope needs to be refined. We validate it with a trial version of the system that we launch at your company.

03

We propose optimisation using Theory of Constraints (TOC)

Theory of Constraints was formulated by Eliyahu M. Goldratt, recognised as a business management guru. His theories reach into every area of corporate processes. When workflows need to be optimised before being frozen into a new system, we deliver analytical and consulting work inspired by this theory.

04

We run a gap analysis together

Key users work with the prototype on sample data the same way they handle their daily agenda in the original system. The goal is to compare its functionality against the existing solution and pin down the features that need to be added.

05

We train you and you test

Once every feature is in place we train you on the system as a whole and on each module. From this point you start to work with the solution on your own. We are still right next to you, on-site, to resolve every question or issue immediately.

06

We go live with the production version

Here we are. The trial and tuning period is crowned by putting the new system into production. From now on you work with real data inside the new solution. Any feedback or questions we tackle promptly through our helpdesk.

07

We move on to system maintenance and further growth

Launching and handing over the solution is not the end of our cooperation. We simply move into the service phase and, if you wish, continuous development of the system.
